I think the problem is we have a small mall and we don't have all the merchandise at our mall so I'm going to go up to the bigger mall when I get a chance (most likely after xmas ... since I'm not crazy) and I think I'll have an easier time finding something.Mrs Furioushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18082932653215907248noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970661341243634764.post-56016978410114891542007-12-11T00:28:00.000-05:002007-12-11T00:28:00.000-05:00beginning to feel strange posting about this again...beginning to feel strange posting about this again, and there are times that Gap jeans don't work, but we do make them in an ankle length so they are good if you are petite...also, there is a chance that our jeans won't be right for you (perish the thought) in which case the Jcrew jeans are usually a good alternate and if you want to pay through the nose you can try Seven for Mankind. Like the pair I'm currently sporting which have not been washed in... ohhh... I don't know how long. To be honest, I kind of dread washing them, because they fit so perfectly right now, and I'm not really up for the humiliation of trying to squeeze into them again. Perhaps I should be the one working out.

Try J. Crew's jeans. I have no hips and a small waist, and their slim fit jeans fit great. I love Joe jeans, too (and that's what I'm currently wearing for the 54th straight day), but they're a little spendy.Debhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13850825844277186930noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970661341243634764.post-25368593195543310712007-12-10T15:05:00.000-05:002007-12-10T15:05:00.000-05:00Shay Belle, ours is up and she's not messing with i...Shay Belle,
ours is up and she's not messing with it too much.. although it isn't decorated yet. Our tree went up on Saturday right in front of Mackenzie's window. (She just turned 1) I figured she would be drawn to the tree instantly and would try her best to get to the window. Surprisingly, she has only been to it twice. I tell her no and show her no in sign language (they do this at daycare) and she smiles and goes about her business.Sherryhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18140010370631217574noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970661341243634764.post-48942109245351535602007-12-10T12:28:00.000-05:002007-12-10T12:28:00.000-05:00katieo,EBAY! Since I am not sure what kind of service you get at the Gap near you, I would say you should try the Bootcut and Classic fit. Classic has a bootcut leg, but a mid rise, and Bootcut has the same essential fit but a lower rise. The mid rise can help with gapping at the waistband..but that is a problem a lot of women face. Also, Gap jeans do stretch with wear so buy them fitted (a little) and make sure you have room for shrinkage at the bottom because you can expect 1/2 in. to an inch in shrink with washing and drying. Oh, you could try the straight fit, but the heiney part might be a problem if you don't have one.

Was this too much??? Hope not, I just want to help...see I can't help working even when I'm not at work!!Kikihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03206946600984174783noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970661341243634764.post-52816175324608158502007-12-09T23:47:00.000-05:002007-12-09T23:47:00.000-05:00Gap slim fits? It's a little risky, but I've gotten...Gap slim fits?

It's a little risky, but I've gotten them on Ebay before. for cheap.katieohttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08339475353059389950noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3970661341243634764.post-34486164933159750192007-12-09T23:22:00.000-05:002007-12-09T23:22:00.000-05:00Oh, yes! You could buy a bunch in different sizes online ($6 shipping for the entire order) and return what you don't want at your local Gap store. They range in price from $50 to $60...kind of a good mid range price. I will keep trying. I did/do like the Calvin Klein ones I got they are just too big.
I answered your boob ? in the bathing suit post. They ...I'm with the rest of 'em--buy smaller jeans. They are not doin' it for you. You are a freakin' size 2!! How crazy is that? Have you ever tried Gap's slim fit jeans? You may need ankle length, but they may look nice. They're not "skinny" jeans; I think you can still get boot cut or some other versions, but they may flatter your body better. Of course, I am not one to ask, as I have not bought new jeans in at least 2 years. Cuz I am NOT a size 2. I am at my fattest these days and refusing to buy anything bigger than what I have. Oh, don't get me started...(Oh--I don't think you should get these same jeans in size 2. I don't really think these jeans are going to look that good--those pockets are not my favorite. And if you spent $100 on a bathing suit, surely you can shell out for some killer jeans. You will wear them way more and you will never look back if you find the right pair. With your body, you could rock the house!!) Incidentally--do your boobs deflate after you stop breastfeeding? My boobs are so much worse now and I was so disappointed. I always had it in my head that I'd have bigger, better boobs after babies and instead they are smaller and flimsier! Just wondering...E.
