It only took me a couple hours (and probably could have been much faster if I hadn't been interrupted... multiple times... but whatever). I found the pattern HERE. I used a scrap 1/2 yard of funky Roy Rogers fabric I was compelled to buy several years ago and a scrap ribbon. I didn't actually measure anything. It was really, really, simple. And I feel quite accomplished and proud of myself.
