Aw. I'm feeling so sad for you! It bites being sick and I'm afraid that if it hit you fast and hard like that, it probably is the flu. :(

Take care and try and relax. I know it is hard with kids running around. I wish I could come take them for you so you could curl up and die in your bed!!!!

If I lived closer, I'd volunteer to take the girls so you could have some sanity. I seriously don't know how you do it...

Hey, I just got over my sickness...it really hit hard and then was gone within 2 days. Hopefully that will be the case for you!

Good luck with the weekend with visitors and Easter...hope you are all better by then!

FLU

honest to God I cannot remember the last time I was this sick. I feel like my head has been removed from my body... you know kind of weir, fuzzy, and like I'm going to pass out.

Yes the worst part of parenting is having to do it while sick. hands down the worst.

Amen to that.
Mr. F isn't sick is he...?

Katieo,
No thank God! The only thing that could make this worse is if Mr F was sick.... I really pray that doesn't happen.... ;)

Mrs. Furious-

Get yourself better. Maybe you can suggest a collective naptime with your girls-my mom used to do that with me (she would always end up falling asleep and I would wriggle away and escape).

Also, Kid Furious seems pretty tame compared to me as a child :) Peanut butter on the chair is nothing. Try sticking corn up your nose at age three and then getting your leg stuck between the back of wooden chair-my mom almost had to use a saw to free my leg, but at the last minute I was able to pull it out.

Anyways, take care of yourself.

Ugh, we had that cold a couple of weeks ago, all of us. Hope you are getting some down time and feeling better soon, I hate that prickly fever chill feeling. At our house. it is Nolan who causes catastropohic stains. The last time he opened a bottle of red wine he somehow splattered it up the white wall and across the cieling of the kitchen. I was gone working so by the time I got home it was dry and wouldn't come off. This was last year, we are just now getting it repainted.

Mr. Furious,

That is funny that you pointed that out. Ironically, it is not the reason :) But it totally matches that event in my life, so uh why not..

Did I mention I'm also babysitting my niece today?!?

Oh and despite wanting to die I took them outside and cleaned up the yard while they played!!! (including old dog poop!)

I deserve some kid of award.
