OK, so I hate to say this, but my first thought when you said Mr. F will take the car when he needs it and you'd walk Kid to school ... ok my mommy brain 'what ifs' pop on (and I'm sure you have thought of this) What if Kid has a problem while at school (remember the scare a couple weeks ago) and you dont have a vehicle that day?
K, I'm sorry, had to get it out there! lol
On another note .. glad to see you are feeling a bit better and I hope it keeps going that way! :)
Yes that's a legitimate issue. I've thought of how fast I could run... probably 8 minutes... but then yeah what would I do once I got there? I couldn't carry her home.
Plus... I'm lazy on a daily basis. Do I really want to walk home w/ both kids in the rain?
Now if she were at the Charter school I'd comfortably give up the car since it is only one block away and I can literally get there faster on foot than by car.
We'll see. The deal was set to go through on MOnday. BUT Mr F agreed to a lower price then came home and felt like he made a mistake (why is this not a shock?) and I told him to call and say he can't accept that offer after all and raise his price to what he's comfortable with. So no word on whether the buyer still wants it.
BsOnlyToots, My original plan didn't involve Mr F *needing* the car... then he started having his mantrums about it. It's true that if I don't have access it's probably not going to workout right now.
