I'm turning off the comments because I know when people see someone having a hard time they naturally want to help. Unfortunately unless you're loading up your car to come on over... nothing is gonna help right now. This is just a hard time I have to live through. No advice, no matter how well intentioned, is going to change that (just ask Mr F).
