In Contract

They accepted our offer this morning.
1960s ranch here we come.

We're at our family reunion... just finished marching in a parade.

Re: the house

Mr F and I are really proud of ourselves because we did some hard negotiating instead of caving and paying full price because we feel bad about the 90 year old seller's potential situation (ever mention I have an empathy disorder?!). We got it down to exactly what we had pre-decided was our target price. Which is good... because we still have a truck load of hideous red chairs to make up for.
