A job where you don't have to be at the office for 14 hours a day would be great.
Especially the week before Christmas.
It's kind of been a lot.
But I did it.
I really hope you mean it when you say you are taking next week off.
I'm getting kind of lonely.
Even if I do have this to keep me company....
It's also kind of sad that you don't.

Similar stuff here. auto show is just after New Year's, so hubs is/will be largely MIA.
I definitely feel bad that hubs misses out on lots of the fun I get to have with the kids. One consolation is that during a school break, the kids usually get a chance to go into work w/ dad and play video games, play ping-pong, beat on the drums, eat candy, play on the computer, and watch movies (act like a client)- even if it is a Saturday.
