You've just sold me on the "never throw away a quality dress" school of thought. You never know when you'll need it (and more importantly, when you'll look even more fabulous in it). You are the furious fashionista.
MP, precisely. I spent more money on clothes back in the day... dresses & coats are the only thing I've kept from back then and it has totally paid off!
Robin, Oh Lord the whole crew was intentionally trying to sabotage my pics (Mr F included)... it was hilarious and took me about 100 pics to come away with these.
Charlotte NC has a Trader Joes..it might be closer than Charleston...but I never miss a chance to go to Charleston...don't miss Rainbow Row, the Battery, Fort Sumter...full of history and beautiful old buildings..
Love it, and I now feel totally vindicated that I keep all my dresses (even though I only have an excuse to wear a dress *maybe* once a year). Very cute (as is kid)!
Charleston is beautiful - we did Fort Sumter etc. last summer. Enjoy your excursion!

Very pretty! And, I love how Kid is peeking around you--so cute!
Loving it! You might need a wrap though, its always so freaking cold inside in the South. They air condition the heck out of every place I go...
The dress fits you beautifully!!! Looking forward to Friday....you'll have internet, yes?
Love it!! It is a beautiful dress, and you have such fantastic legs. :)
BTW, Kid is hysterical. She is obviously enjoying the fashion show.

Look great Mrs. F:)

Kat,
I assure you she was enjoying herself ;)
Kenday,
Thanks :)
Sooo cute -- love the color on you, and the pleated hem is adorable.
You look GREAT!! And I love those shoes!

Cute! But you should wear the other shoes! The ones baby was "wearing".
i disagree about the shoes. the mary poppins-style shoes are so cute with it (although, would you expect me to say anything different?)

You look awesome!!! You're shoes go amazingly with that gorgeous dress!!
Shoot... I wrote a bunch of comments and they didn't go through!!! Okay kids are hitting the wall I'll touch base tomorrow.
I brought both pairs of shoes (and the loafers, ballet flats & sandals... too much for 2 days?!)
You look fabulous!! Love, love, love the shoes!! Congratulations to you on not only fitting into that dress but looking even better in it!
You look gorgeous. Plus red is truly your color. Have a great time in Charleston.
Great details on the dress, and your shoulders look fantastic!
You know I'm drooling over those shoes, right? It's okay. They're patent leather. They'll wipe right off.
