So, this is a random question. I am making sugar cookies for a school event. I have made the royal icing (per your link to Martha Stewart during your Christmas baking). My colors are not turning out well. How much food coloring do you put in yours when making your icing?Thanks!
Rah,I use the Wilton food color gel that you can get at Michael's or similar type stores... so it's MUCH more intense. Are you using like the little liquid squeeze bottles? I think you'll probably need to use quite a bit if you want a saturated color. I have used those with royal icing but it was 10 years ago and I can't remember exactly how I did it.Good luck!Kiki,I'm trying to bring back some of those really long workouts...
