The pictures came out beautiful! It looks very classic, clean, and definitely move-in ready. I agree-looks like something off of HGTV. And the fact that you pulled it off with MULTIPLE kids that aren't even yours is HUGE!!! Congrats!!
"Are you sure you want to leave?? It looks so great!"
If there was a way to transplant this house in Michigan we'd do it. There are so many features that we like even better than our previous house that we thought we loved. The layout is great, and we really REALLY love one-floor living. Unfortunately that is rare where we are going, and NONE of the houses we'd be interested in are sprawling bungalows...
Oh, I *love* this house! I'd like to transplant it to the town we're trying to move to...except I'm sure we couldn't afford it there. :)
Ann Arbor is such a great town...I hope you find a new place (and friends and haunts and stores and all) that you love just as much as you do now.
Have you thought about Dexter? An old friend of mine lives there and loves it, but it's a drive to AA proper. Cute little town complete with a cider mill on the river.
Holly, we can't afford it either ;) We are not making that mistake again. When we got this we bought the most expensive house we could afford... then... the paycuts. This time we're trying to get the cheapest house we can live with. Unfortunately we a snobs so that's hard to do. Dexter? Yes. We're looking at both Dexter & the next town out Chelsea. Dexter is actually only a 10 minute drive to AA. Chelsea is 20 min. That's no biggie. Here it takes us that long to get downtown and we live in town!

It should move fast.
I'm wondering what the realtor is going to think when he sees that site got so much traffic tonight!
