Don't LOVE It

Alright. First let me say that once again I feel that the cut might be good... the styling not so much. I don't love it but I don't hate it either.

And the slight puffiness is not entirely the fault of the stylist... as I have some major postpartum hair growth going on causing me to look like I have a long haired wig sitting slightly askew on top of a short hair cut.

Ok. I LOVE IT!!!!

I think it brings your face out more. Before (not in a bad way) your face was a little hidden and withdrawn. Now you look more open, light and airy! Plus, it's definitely a "young" look.

Totally fun!! Where did you get it done?

I feel like I need to get all new clothes from this shop and so do you to go with your new styling haircut!

OMG - postpartum hair growth! Mine is awful! I look like I tried to give myself really short bangs. When I first discovered it, I thought it was my hair BREAKING OFF and I thought I was going to be bald. I had a nervous breakdown about it a few months ago. Then I realized what it was. Duh.

I like your hair! I get pouffy hair sometimes, and I love that pomade/wax stuff, it words so so well. Also, if you have a straightener, that totally works. I use a curling iron like a straightener, and it sounds weird, but works - it only takes about 2 minutes.

It looks just wonderful. You are WAY too critical of everything about yourself...just enjoy.

OMG... it's gorgeous! The styling looks terrific, too. It's not an every day style, but it would look great going out.

I think it looks good, but I know what you mean, it always seems better to me when I do it myself,I like it more tame than most stylists do...Hope you have a fun day, we are going to the movies, a whole herd of us,Me,Nolan,Rainee,Conner,Langston,Ella,My parents,My grandma and my mom and dad's friends Tom and Mary. Oh and Rainee's friend Jeremy is meeting us there, he is a brave boy.I'm just hoping to get through it without a major Ella episode...wish me luck!

I think it looks good too. I always hate having my hair "styled with product" after getting it cut. Give it a wash and I bet you'll love it.

You look great, Mrs. F!! That's a terrific cut and blow dry, too.

Please don't worrry about responding to everyone's comments. Why not pick out the most compelling comment "trends" and address them on your blog now and then? Keep up the great work. Love you blog and your hair!

LOL
I can't believe everyone likes it!!!
Of course those who don't aren't going to say anything.
But thanks for all the compliments I think it just takes a day or two to deal with a new look.

Here is the deal although in the pics it looks blown out and straightish it really was pretty BIG hair style. I think I can blow it out better.
Also if you see the new curly post you will note that the left side needs some kind of layer to get that one chunk to curl and lighten it up more like the right side.
I think I can do it myself (hopefully).

But I do agree that it is SO much healthier looking and I am really happy about that.

Okay I'm just going to address the people that I have something specific to say....

Torey,
I got it cut at Brown & Delane by Jill it was $45, but I actually think my old stylist Kim at Laky's was a better cutter.... and the salon is WAY nicer for the same price.

Alexis,
I tried calling you. Call me.

Erin
I don't have a straightener (or a curling iron) but I think I might get one.
The regrowth is almost worse than all the hair loss!

Emmy
Jeremy... as in boyfriend!?!?
Hope you all had fun!

Mary
good idea on the comments. I'm trying to find the balance.
