Wishful Thinking

This morning Baby walked into the kitchen and, seeing the pantry cabinet open, made a run for Kid's chocolate milks. She then purposefully walked into the dining room and placed it on her tray as if to say "I'm ready for breakfast Mom".

Chocolate milk in non-perishable, juice box format??? Where can I get it and what is it called?

(BTW, new to your blog, but really loving it...your weight loss story is inspiring, although I can't believe you surpassed your goal weight by almost 10 lbs...are you human?!?)

Suzy,
Welcome :)
I've been buying Organic Valley choc milks because I can get them by the case at Whole Foods. Here is a LINK to this brand at Amazon. Horizons also makes one.

Yes I'm human... got the stretch marks to prove it ;)
The truth is I never did any real cardio before and never had reached this level of fitness to have a realistic goal of what I should weigh. I'm more shocked than anyone!

Julie,
ever since she got that oreo under the table she's had a serious taste for chocolate!

Ah, a child after my own heart!

If you have a second, pop over and read my take on Biggest Loser last night. That show is making me crazy!

holy cow, i just checked the milks (both horizon and organic valley) on Amazon. I can't believe how much they sell them for there...I buy them for $12 for the 18 pack. I have not seen the Organic Valley milks yet...I will be on the look out.

Mrs F, I remember that about Baby and the Oreo. That was so funny.

Julie
I get a 24 pack for $24 at Whole Foods.
You are getting a steal!

Smoochiefrog,
will do... but first I need to finish the episode! I've got a few minutes left.

I am lucky on the milk front because they do sell it in more places other than Whole Foods. It is always a few dollars more there.

But that's right, you also live in "super expensive milk land." %5.99 a gallon, right? For non organic, too?

Hmmm...I wonder why oh why I can't seem to get the vacuuming done during the day? Could it be that I can't stop reading and commenting on blogs?? Procrastination going on here big time.

Mrs Furious said...

Yeah. Why is our milk so freaking expensive?! And that is for a local dairy... it's not like they are trucking it in!

Mrs Furious said...

I hear you on the procrastination front!

The Ambassador would like Baby very, very much. He's way too shy to do things like that, but you can tell he thinks about it.

She's bold and sassy, that Baby.

oh she's sassy.
she knows what she wants and she knows how to get it ... she's gonna be a whole heap of trouble!
