We're sorry too! Kid (and the rest of the Furious clan) is such a great presence in the neighborhood. We're happy for you guys, though. Asheville is beautiful...
Midge & Angie, we're sorry to go :( hey Midge you'll have to send us the "white trash"!
Heather, July... there is not a specific start date.. whenever he can get there.
Deb, LOL... true, true... I guess there is no easy out with this one!
Shelley, yes move stress seems to completely eliminate "boredom eating"... and that apparently accounted for a significant portion of my daily intake ;)
OH NO!! I mean, congratulations... (said with a whiny pout.) I agree with Kid. And I expect Myra will actually sob. She's not doing so well with goodbyes all of a sudden.
Congratulations! I know it will be a great adventure for you all. I feel for Kid (we moved when I was 4 and when I was 8), but it's actually a great time to make a change... before school starts. I'm sure she'll settle in just fine. It's so great that you got all your expenses covered - what a relief. I will be totally jealous of you guys this coming winter when we're freezing our asses off...
Kid is too funny for her own good. Maybe she will be more excited about when she sees her new house. I moved a lot as a kid and it was fun to be able to pick your new room, etc.
Gigs, Yes I agree. All along I've said we should move BEFORE Kindergarten starts. She'd been starting over this fall whether we moved or not. I'm not sure how the winters will be there... it's in the mountains... it's got to be better than here though!
Smitty, It's not too late... don't you want to come out and help us load up the dumpster?!?! ;)
P.O.M, Oh yes there has been plenty of talk of her future "pink" room ;)

Congrats to Mr. F! I really think that you are going to love Asheville!
Thanks.
Now that we know that we're going it will be much easier to get excited about the move!
(not the moving...)
Well, I guess you can't please all of the people all of the time.
Poor Kiddo...she's pretty sad about it. She wants us to move the house.
Hey that would save me a lot of trouble...
I don't know about that. The basement would still be left behind, wouldn't it?
Hey Kid, I totally agree with you (said the neighbor across the street).

What's the timing on this thing?
And CONGRATS MR F!!!
That is fantabulous! The move will be stressful, but worth it I'm sure...at least from the weight loss stand point, if not otherwise.
Midge & Angie,
we're sorry to go :(

Exciting!! Congratulations on returning to the East Coast (ahem, the best coast of all...hehehe).
Congratulations!!!
Poor Kid. She is so funny, though. Exactly the response I would expect from her.
I can't make that stuff anymore (white trash)...we eat way too much of it before we can give it away. I'm going to have to outsource that operation.
If only I knew someone else that could make it...
Thanks all.
Midge,
I can never EVER make it again. It sickens me to think about how much of that shit I can throw back. It's like crack.

For Real?
Really?
I am Sad. Very Sad. When do you go?
Gypsy Family,
Kid is not doing very well with it... she's been acting out in a bit of a violent manner!
I'll talk to you tomorrow.

Congratulations. I feel sorta bad I didn't yet get the chance to getto AA and meet-up with Mr. F. like we each threatened to do.
Good luck with the move...

Congrats on the news! And your hair is adorable.

SAD!!! I mean, HAPPY for you, but SAD for us. Pooh.
Let us know what we can do to help, and we'll be in Asheville in August I think.
Also, my sister in law has 2 friends who are teachers in Asheville, want their emails?
AND LOVE THE HAIR.
And we're back. And it was awesome.
