You'll get back down -- you know you will as soon as you buckle down and things get a little less hairy. You know you will -- keep saying it to yourself.
Oh I'm definitely feeling the difference... remember that I pretty much only carry it on my stomach and the pants are getting tight! Also I know maintenance is a slippery slope and letting it go more than 5 pounds is a mistake. More importantly I felt better physically and really just want to get back in control and working out... I miss it. The moo was a joke! I'm not beating myself up.
I'm on my way to be being badass again. I can run 1.5 miles without stopping. I'm feeling super awesome about it. A month ago the furthest I ever ran without stopping was .5 miles. Getting my asthma under control has been the best thing to ever happen to me!
I know how you feel. 4 lbs is a difference once you're at your "happy weight place." People even make comments when I drop 4 lbs. Plus, the way clothes feel is different.
Anywhooo - You'll whip it back into shape as soon as you're settled. You still have A LOT on your plate.

I know you're disappointed in yourself, but that is hardly Moo.

Dude! Did you seriously just moo yourself?! WHAT?! 114.4 is hardly moo worthy! Bad bad Mrs. F.
4.5 pounds will come off quickly. I bet just unpacking alone will take off a pound or two. Since it wasn't done already .. MR. F!!!! Bad bad Mr. F.
I'm 24%.
I'm not feeling too mooish.
I didn't mean to end there..
I wasn't trying to argue how you felt.... just that 24 isn't too bad... but I know it isn't as badass as you CAN/HAVE been.
Trying to be kind to yourself while you are getting your life in order.

Good luck, Mrs. F!
Nutmeg,
Seriously... 1.5?! I couldn't do that before. Now I can barely walk 1.5 miles (not entirely joking).
Mr F get that treadmill inside!!!

P.O.M.,
"You still have A LOT on your plate."
Don't remind me ;) ... not that I can forget...
Mr F and I are currently butting heads as to the best remedy for the unpacking situation. I'm winning.
Do you use a scale with body fat measurement? What kind is it?
