Sandcastle Momma said...: I love these pics! They bring back so many memories of my daughter when she was small. She had all of those little people and we would play with them for hours. And the boxes! For her 2nd Christmas my dad found a big box and wrapped it. There was nothing in it and I thought he was being mean until she opened it, screamed with excitement and spent the rest of the day playing with the empty box - totally ignoring all of her other presents. My dad smiled all day saying he knew she'd like that box LOL Give a kid a box and they'll play all day.; July 13, 2008 at 1:17 PM

Elizabeth said...: awww! It reminds me of when I worked at a summer camp for 5-7 year olds one summer.

They had a box village in the gym at Brookside, it was HUGE and FANTASTIC! Everyone just brought in boxes and the kids worked on it during free time all summer.
