Our power finally came on around lunch today.

I now have a headache and I'm grouchy!

Wow... that sucks.

Their powerlines are drawn too tightly down there or something.... because they don't expect them to get shorter. We are at about 14 inches and still have about five hours of heavy snow ahead. I'm glad for gas heat and hot water and stove. I"m so sorry you lost your electricity! I can't believe how much that must have sucked.

oh wow, we just got barely an inch and it's mostly gone. There was a lot of rain...

seeing it come down was lovely though.

There's no heat at the Moss Household either, apparently the furnace and the refrigerator died this week

I would have been totally mocking everyone down there, too, about the snow. And of course, it would bite me in the ass later...kind of like what happened to you;)

That is crazy you guys got that much snow.

yeah, people act like the apocalypse is coming when snow is expected or hurricane time here. It is funny until something happens like last time when we had almost 3 weeks with no electricity or phones...yeah, that sucks.
