Mrs F Goes Postal

What's That Mrs F?

Oh just my mother fucking outgoing mail...
You see it right? Clipped to the outside of my goddamn mailbox where you "can't miss it"!
Yeah.. well apparently today the mailman didn't.

"Oh.. no..that's okay...you can take that mail whenever the hell it is convenient for you.. it's not like it is my bills or anything!"

Seriously? You have to drop outgoing mail at a collection site in Canada? Wow. Now for the longest time we didn't have a flag for our mailbox so we (being the lazy sods we are) instead of putting a flag on the box, would drive it down to Chris's mother's mailbox (she only lives down the street)

That's weird. If the mail carrier is at your house, why not take your outgoing mail?

But why are you paying bills the old-fashioned way anyway? I don't have one bill that I mail anymore.

I bet Tim was on vacation and one of the loser postpeople were delivering. Tim would never not take your mail.

Tim rocks. Or maybe he was having a bad day :-)

Ang,
I didn't see who it was but I agree it must not have been Tim... I love Tim... especially when he is wearing his crazy pith helmet :)

michelline: i wouldn't call it a "collection site" haha. there are post office boxes everywhere. but in all new developments (of houses) nobody even gets a mailbox at their house anymore... you have to walk to a communal area where each house has a little deposit slot. like in apartment buildings... but outside!

and mrs f: canada is really nothing more than a restrictive dystopia. ha, not really of course.

Ah. We have that monstrosity too. Unless the new neighborhood is sufficiently rich enough to buck the system. We had it in our last house. Unfortunately, the communal mailbox was in our front yard.
