Because I'm Crazy

I don't have time to do a traditional post today.

So today is a video post.... ENJOY!

(Video Upload didn't go as planned... watch it Here or HERE )

I'll be back at 4 PM (PT) when I may address one of these fascinating topics:
-Gap Kid's Plus Sizes... I can't go for that no... no... no can do.
-Mrs F's rules for carb portion control (and no these don't apply to my grocery store muffin)
-Mrs F's Potato and Leek Soup recipe
-Mrs F's crazy new workout plans
-What kind of haircut Mrs F is getting on Saturday
-Paranormal State.... hello, this show ROCKS

Hold it. You're getting your hair cut AND meeting me on Saturday? Holy Big Day! (no seriously, I celebrate Haircut Day as a National holiday (as evidence in my insane post-haircut posts).

Chrissy,
I will post the recipe tonight either which way :)

Heather,
yes at 9:30.... I'm scared... and I'm scared to get it cut right before I meet you since sometimes salon styling is horrible and I've never seen this hairstylist before...

OOOOH haircut! I love new hair styles, can't wait. The soup sounds good too, and don't even get me srted on plus sized kids clothes...gotta go to karate with Conner, back later for more furious style entertainment!

I vote for hairstyle, too. (Although I would also like to hear about the carbs. You told Heather in the comments on your last post to go wheat free. Yikes, are you wheat free? I don't think I can do that...even for 21% body fat.)

Back to haircuts. I am also on the verge of a new hairstyle. I actually want a style rather than the ponytail I am constantly sporting. I am nervous as hell about it. So I am a little obsessed with hair talk right now.

Emmy,

yes I'm in the debates. Clearly need a cut. I've kind of let the long go a bit long while I waited for all my postpartum hair loss to stop. Now I'm not sure what I want to do. I've gone from VERY short mia farrow in rosemary's baby short to very long.

Robin,

no I'm not currently wheat free although I have been. Which isn't carb free... but I did it for pain management issues with my RA but the result on my digestive system and weight were fast and remarkable. I do believe that MOST people don't digest wheat very well and a little experiment could be eye opening. Plus the reduction in "bloat" = amazing

Okay, I think I am going to do some research on wheat free vs carb free. I seriously have some digestive issues that may stem from the wheat in my diet.

Also the debates have begun in my house over the need for a treadmill vs. a gym membership. Hopefully by the end of the week I'll have made a decision. Thanks again for the motivation Mrs. F.

Kiki,
welll I'm all over the treadmill at home... since any steps between me and the exercise are problematic... and I don't have a lot of time to invest in all that.
If you have Tivo the treadmill could work.

For me wheat free was a big difference. I felt the difference almost immediately. Give it two weeks. There are so many wheat free products out there now you can do this pretty easily.
