Uh Oh

Okay lets just say when we did the walk through there was a strong odor... the odor of cat piss... in one of the bedrooms.

Anti-icky poo: http://www.antiickypoo.com/

It's a miracle worker. I've got a protest pee-er at home (not Pete) and it works wonders. It's all natural with enzymes!

PS I recommend the starter kit.

oh yuck!!!

Try Nature's Miracle. Just pour it on.

Ick....

Sorry!

What's the weather like?
And, we totally miss you already!

That sucks. I'm sorry. I'm interested in people's solutions as I have a pissy cat.

FWIW Nature's Miracle was no match for the pee of my dog. Not to mention the time she emptied her anal glands on our rug. Gawd.

Oh no... I've had good luck with Nature's Miracle, and also Oxy-Clean (but I've only used that on carpet).

What a non-fun welcome to NC. I hope things get better soon!

i had a cat pee "stain" on concrete one time and it was awful. I tried everything. if the other recommendations don't work, let me know. i can scrounge up the name of the potion that was the only remedy that worked on that hard floor. good luck and sorry about that. hopefully that's the only problem you found. glad you made it safely though.

Oh sweetie, I am so sorry. I am crossing my toes during the closing for you. My heart hurts that things aren't going swimmingly yet. Hopefully that will all change soon. Just think you will be UP NORTH soon!

Okay. I have a suggestion and you're not going to like it....

Tear up your floors, shellac the subfloor, and then replace your floors.

We just had to do it in our new house. It's the only think that worked. The only thing.
