Conversation With Kid

"When you grow up will you let Sissy live with you?" Mrs F asks Kid.

"Yes." Kid replies with a big grin.

"But when I'm grown up I can hit her." She continued.

Renee said...: oh, that is so funny....and it reminds me of a similar conversation with my son all be it slightly different:

Me: "One day you'll grow up and get married and have a family of your own and live in your own house"

5 year old son w/ look of dismay: "I'm going to live with you forever Mommy and Sister is too"

Mommy: (heart melting) awwww at first....but then OH-that probably wouldn't be so sweet if in fact that became true and say 5 year old was now a 40 year old still living at home with his 38 year old sister and old as dirt parents!!! :); March 13, 2009 at 12:49 AM

My little sisters are 4 & 7 " taller than me!

Sadly for Baby that is probably not going to be her fate. Just had her checkup... 12th% for height... Kid is 75th.
