Putting an offer on another house today. This time it's not a competition... but... it is another short sale.
So, we'll see.
Hopefully I'll have good news soon.
Oh, and Mr F caught the yard rodent yesterday. I couldn't ask for a better Mother's Day gift.
Here he is gearing up for the task:
Kid said from the window...
"Why does Dad have a bucket, a rope, a stone block, a shovel, and some duct tape?"
Cause he's about to commit murder, Honey.

Awww....murder....the perfect gift for mom! Lol! Glad to hear the creature is gone and good luck with house #3!
Wow, I can't believe he was so easy to catch... he wasn't suspicious when he saw Mr. F. and his gear coming? I'm so glad for you that that is taken care of! I hope you had him check all your ceiling light bulbs before he went back to MI too! :)
Mr. F. that is... not the rodent!
Still here for Monday night, so thanks for the good idea, Gigs. I'll check those bulbs and any other ladder-intensive tasks.

I got him while he was busy laughing at me!

LOL. Awesome. Reminds me of this from Pinky and The Brain:
The Brain: Pinky, are you pondering what I'm pondering?
Pinky: Uh, I think so, Brain, but where will we find a duck and a hose at this hour?
thank you b/c that just made me laugh. and mama needs some laughing over hear.
is it sad that the presents we want for mother's day are something like a dead rodent and to go food shopping alone ???
i should not complain, i am at panera alone, enjoying free wifi just had lunch....one kid is at school and a friend took my other one....next up...food shopping in peace
What was the line from the Princess Bride - oh yes - R.O.U.S -
Rodents Of Unusual Size - you had your own little fire swamp and didn't even know it!!! Great job Mr. F.
Okay, so I have been out of it for a while, but what the heck is going on? Are you moving? Where? E-mail me and fill me in when you have a minute (that is funny isn't it?)!
What kind of rodent was it? did you ever identify? Ew.
Hope the offer works out! Sending positive thoughts...
It just occurred to me, Mrs. F, that this would have been a fine opportunity to test your sniper skills, had you attended sniper school.
Get on that.
Smitty,
Believe you me, I'd been thinking that all week!
You still would have to look at it in your scope...or fire blindly...
MR F,
yes that troubling thought did occur to me. I wonder if I knew it's death was eminent if I could handle it?
