Thankyousomuch for your honesty and your inspiration. I have been reading your blog for a month or so for the weight loss inspo but love the real life stuff you open up about. Life can be challenging and scary and I love that you are willing to put it all out there. Peace to you and your family.
Andrea,Oh thanks :)It is quite helpful for me to be able to put it out there. Good luck with your weight loss!
Mrs F,You are my favorite Bad Ass. Hope you get some sleep tonight.
Mrs. F., I am going to work out now...its late and I still don't have a treadmill, but I am going to do it because you do it, even when you feel like butt. I like what Andrea said, peace, that is what I wish for you too...
I have to agree...your honesty is what draws me to your blog daily.Sending strength, peace and love to you and yours.
Kiki,I'm not kidding... I posted this for YOU. I knew you would do it if I put this up ;)Julie, thank you. I just got that little stinker to finally go down! Staci,Hi! Thanks and thanks for commenting. :)
I'm with you about writing things out to help clear my head. I write letters to people and rip them up after. But it makes me feel so much better. You are so inspiring.
Good for you. Days like this that we need to exercise the most. Turns crappy into, well, less crappy feeling.I will be thinking of you guys tomorrow, sending Kid some get well soon vibes and you some hang tough hugs.
You are a great role model :-) just know that you can go easy on yourself too, just not with the shorter inclines. I love your honesty. You make my day :-)I will be thinking good thoughts about you and your family. :-)
Want a good laugh Mrs. F??? You can go to my blog and see what I did for a workout!!! I swear you must have been sending me a subliminal message to workout because as soon as I saw the video I knew I had to get my rear in gear and do IT!!! I'm indebited as usual...still thinking of you, your family and the fabulous Kid!! You know I'll keep the good thoughts coming!!
I for one seriously appreciate the responsibility you take for inspiring your "public" lol. I recognize that you really don't NEED to do this for yourself except for overall health reasons and that is so great that you view your internet audience as one of responsibilities. I think you must realize how many of us rely on your inspiration to keep us moving. since I've begun reading your blog, I have been working out nearly 100% more, have lost 5 lbs and am paying much stricter attention to the foods I eat. For the first time in years, I can see myself back to my pre-baby weight. Thanks so much! I wish you the best this week.
Praying for you and Kid, I really hope it all goes well and that it is successful this time. Thanks for the inspiration as usual.I thought of you the last few days,Ella has been up all night with 103-104 temps coughing and generally producing her body weight in mucus and I didn't want to work out at all. I had the excuses all lined up, no sleep, working all weekend, stuffy nose wah wah wah. Then I read your blog and I got of my butt and did it and I felt better! You are the not a downer,we all need to be open and real, what good is it to pretend everything is peachy when it isn't? You just keep on being you because we all love you for who you are ;)
Thanks everyone!I'll be back to returning all comments after the surgery. But for now please know that I read them and appreciate them. Thanks so much.Amy (UT)5 pounds! Great work!!Emmy,I'm sorry to hear that Ella is so sick :(
Man, you rock. I was in my own funk yesterday, so am just now catching up. I gave the whole writing your thought down thing a try on my blog today. I think it is working. I did get to the gym yesterday, but didn't in the midst of all the craziness. That is why you are my guru! :)
