I'm still pissed. I'm having a hard time coming down from it. Why is that when we're selling we need to be worry that the buyers will back out at the last minute... and when we're buying we need to be afraid that the seller will back out?!? Why are we never the ones with any power here?!?

Julie said...: Oh, I know. I hate that. I hate the constant pressure and fear that someone will back out. AND you're right, it never seems to be us with the power. I did not feel at ease until all the paperwork was signed (we did sell our last house to complete assholes...even their lawyer apologized to us after it was all done and said they were jerks.)
