[Missing Pic Of Adorable Peeing Toddler... check back soon!]
While we wait for Mr F to reformat that photo I'll give you this:
Baby proudly wearing her self-styled "big girl underwear" (Kid's bikini briefs worn backwards... St Tropez style)
Look at those little curdley butt cheeks basking in the glory of their new found freedom!

Ha ha.
Love it!
Lil O will go "digging" around telling everyone about her wedgie!!
Kids. Gotta love them.
See you later :)
OH my gosh! How cute! I can't believe it! She still seems so "little" to me!
Congrats on the Big Girl Status. :)
look at those thighs you just want to eat her up!
OMG! So cute!! Aww... I'm jealous. My little guy still lies about pooping and is in no way ready for potty training.
Oops! Sorry. For some reason, that comment posted twice, so I deleted it and now it looks like I wrote something naughty and had to hide it from the world.
St. Tropez style -- now have that Bain De Soleil song stuck in my head. You know the one.
I really wish curdly butt was still acceptable at my age.
Dana & Deb,
Oh I assure you this was a one time deal event. She's not even 2 and she routinely pees all over the house ;)
Way to Go Baby!!! Now Baby has to come over and give pointers to S-she still shows no interest and I'm ready to quit buying diapers!
"I really wish curdly butt was still acceptable at my age"-it's not fair is it Heather?!?! How come its so darn cute when you are 2 but not so much when you are 36-lol!
I love her chubby little thighs!!!
I love her chubby little thighs!!!
Apparently, I love her chubby little thighs alot:)
Something is up with blogger today don't worry about the double comments!
The picture doesn't even do her curds justice ;)
Too cute. I love the baby dimples.
I'm with Heather and Renee. When does it stop being cute? I know it is somewhere between 2 and 36, I'm just curious exactly when.
She is absolutely adorable, but don't you feel a little worried posting a picture of your daughter almost naked on the internet? There are some super-creepy pervy types out there...you had a recent video of Mr. F as well, where Kid WAS naked--you tried to keep her mostly out of the camera, but there are seriously some weirdos who perv on little kids. I know that most of your readers are moms who think your girls are precious (and they are!) but the internet is so public...I really worry about that kind of thing when you post this stuff.
Hicktown Diva,
I appreciate your concern. But Kid actually wasn't naked in that video. She had underwear on. And while I wouldn't normally post a video with her like that she wasn't really in the shot.
As for people on the internet having open access... that is technically true but I have a precise stat counter on here that ids every IP that hits my sites what pages they view etc. I can tell how they came and when there is unusual activity. There hasn't been anyone other that my regular readers. I do check.
Oh, good. I truly am not trying to get on your case--I just worry about freaky people, maybe too much!
Hicktowndiva,
I worried about it a lot in the beginning. I used to not want Mr F to ever post a pic of the girls (although his site is read by mostly men... and people google in for weird topics). I actually shut down my blog in the beginning when my dad commented anon to some pics on the girls' sites trying to make me feel "popular"... it made me freak out and cry and shut them down. So we've thought it all through. And the longer we do this (making our whole lives public) the more comfortable I am that we've got a secure little neighborhood here and very few unwanted strangers come through. I'm actually more worried about the *real* adults they come in contact with. A friend drops their kids off at a gymnastics studio that does parents night out... and when she said the instructors were male my mind yelled "pedophiles! hell no!". So I do get it. ;)
I must say it makes me very sad that we have to worry so much about this. That we have this idea that any man who would want to work with children must be a pedophile.
I mean we do have to be so careful, but I wish we didn't.
Elizabeth,
I couldn't agree more. I mean it made me mad at myself that this is the VERY 1st thing I thought when I heard men were running a babysitting program. Too much Oprah...
I try to really think about the exaggerations of "stranger danger" in general. And have to say that blogging has really helped me to put in perspective the VAST majority of people are normal good intentioned folk.
I really do believe me kids are more likely to suffer melamine poisoning ;)
How cute!!! How old is baby now? Mine is 18 months, so next summer will be time...((shudder))...oh well..at least my floors will be clean from washing every 5 minutes!! Right now her only interest is putting toilet paper (by the roll-full!) into the toilet and flushing!
(and yes, if you leave it attached to the roll and trail it into the toilet, each time you flush it will "pull" more from the roll automatically!)
Marie,
Baby is 22 months. I kind of figured at 2.5 we would potty train. I don't like to do it before they start on their own.
I do remember Kid having a phase of potty interest that was short lived around 18 months or so.
We'll see.
Baby has been really into sitting on the toilet fully clothed and wiping herself with little bit of TP since we moved here.
