Anonymous said...: Oh definitely..totally agree with that statement. Before kids, spontanious was NOT a problem. Now, any time between 6am-7pm, there is always a kid hanging on one of our legs...after 7pm is cleaning/TV/computer/talking/enjoying the silence time. Then we (ok, I) am so freaking exhausted that sleep trumps all!

Lately dh (definitely the initiator!!) has started claiming naptime as "us" time (hey..sometimes 5 minutes with a lock door is all you need!). Or he tells me in the morning that we have "plans" tonight. Spontanious..no. Still fun..definitely! Otherwise we'd still only have 1 child!!

LOL... um... 3x a week is GREAT. I did a sex poll last year and you'd be surprised how many people aren't doing it.

Seriously, my husband is 45 and I am 34 and he mostly initiates sex. After taking care of 4 kids, cooking and cleaning it is often not something I think about.

I suppose we could get creative and find the time or place, but neither of us really feels like making that kind of effort. Again, sexless losers.
