Shirls said...: yes I live in Canada where the biggest joke is always the weather but honestly we don't get much snow where I live, we won't have any that actually sticks it out past a day until January, yes really... but our first predicted sprinkle of snow? Friday, yep Friday evening when all the kids will be out, costumes over snowsuits always sucked ;0)

oh, earliest I've seen snow? August 22, 1992, exactly one week after I got married, huge snow storm, lasted 5 mins and then it was back to +25 (77F) when you live in the foothills of the rockies you just never know what your going to get; October 28, 2008 at 8:53 AM

I guess I'm not too surprised by that since you're out west.
I'm pretty shocked it snowed here before it snowed in MI though... I guess that's some kind of mountain effect going on.

Trust me I'm SHOCKED. It hasn't even really been that cold.

I feel the same way. I actually woke Kid up so she could see it. I almost turned on the Christmas music (shh... don't tell) ;)

Yeah it really isn't that much colder... just cold enough I guess.

I live in South Charlotte and have had it snow a blizzard in my backyard and nothing in my front yard.

I've called in to work to let them know I cannot get out of my driveway because of the ice and snow and my co-workers laugh at me and say "what snow???"
